Our story
Dawn Bergeron founded Rey-ah Home Care, LLC. in 2016. Long-time friend Athena Chasse joined Dawn as co-owner in 2017. Together they oversee and participate in every aspect of a client’s care.
Rey-ah—which is Hebrew for “very close companion”—began as a side business. However, Dawn and Athena quickly realized the overwhelming need for companion care and decided to register Rey-ah as a full-time, limited liability company (LLC). In addition to the benefits of aging in place, both owners desire that clients feel they have added a “very close companion” to their family by working with our caregivers.
